    We offer a lifetime warranty on all Nobile leather products. What does this mean? First and foremost it means that you are about to own an outstanding product that will last you a very long time! Secondly, it means that we understand that imperfections and mistakes happen and for this reason, we will fix, replace or refund you the total sum if there is anything wrong with the craftsmanship of the bag and other products in our store. The little variations in color and texture of the leather products should be considered normal and an actual sign of its true quality as each product is unique and special in its own way. We will also help you maintain the beauty of your bag for a very long time. Just bring it over at the store and we will be gladly clean it for you.

    SHIPPING

    Deliveries of the products is be handled by FedEx or USPS. Shipment will be made on the same day or a day after the date of purchase and the standard shipping time is 3 business days (ground) for free. If you need expedite shipping, please let us know. We ask you to contribute $45 for international shipping. If you don't like the product or decide to exchange it, we will pay for the return. Just use the prepaid return label inside the box to return it! Thank you.

It is our responsibility to make sure your needs come before ours. Returns of any unused merchandise are accepted within 30 days from the date purchase.
